Velez (Alicia), Robert C. Velez, Angel C. Velez (Anita), Guadalupe C. Velez and Martin C. Velez. He is also survived 10 grandchildren Ashley, Madison, Garrett, Christopher, Gage, Taylor, Caleb, Austin, Giovanni and Lorenzo; 6 great grandchildren; many other family members and friends.
