    Beatrice M. Villanueva

    April 6, 1927 - March 16, 2022

    Was born in San Antonio, TX on April 6, 1927 and went to be with our Lord on March 16, 2022 at the age of 94, three weeks shy of her 95th birthday. Beatrice was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe R. Villanueva, youngest daughter Christina Ramirez and sister Connie Lalinde. Beatrice is survived by children Gloria Gover husband John, Angelita Kesl husband Charles, Daniel Villanueva wife Etta Joyce. Grandchildren Bryce McGowan wife Gloria Jean, Matthew Baccus, Lee Ruiz, Alina Kesl, Vivian Alonzo, husband Johnny, Savannah Danielle Villanueva, and Daniel Joseph Villanueva; Great grandchildren Trinity Alonzo, Xavier Alonzo, Riley McGowan and Annie McGowan, and foster sisters Julia Hernandez, Janie Quintero and numerous nieces and nephews. Beatrice enjoyed going to dances with her husband Joe as well as serving at her local Community Senior Center and various nursing homes. She was also an active member of Holy Name Catholic Church and was always welcoming to everyone she met. She was truly a blessing to her family. We would like to thank family and friends that surrounded her with love, prayers and support throughout her life, with a very special thanks to Jeanette Aguilar and Lupe Alonzo with Concha Hearts Hospice Care, along with Melissa Martinez, Juanita Terrazas, Lupita Mancha and Malena Godina with “Mom’s House” Home Health Care, for treating Beatrice as a family member with love, care, and respect in her final years of life.
