Guadalupe C. Flores went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2022, at the age of 81. He was born on December 1, 1940 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his wife, Consuelo G. Flores; parents, Encarnacion and Marian Flores; grandson, Alex Flores and brother, Raul Flores. Guadalupe is survived by his loving children, Dora Lopez (Salvador), Raul G. Flores (Anna) and Cynthia Torres (Rodolfo); 10 grandchildren, Genevieve A. Cessna (Ryan), Jessica V. Lopez, Salvador M. Lopez, III (Katherine), Nicole Martinez (Henry), Natalie Flores, Selina Guzman (Keith), Serena Flores (Isaiah), Vincent X. Torres, Sergio L. Torres and Dominique J. Torres; 10 great-grandchildren, Jaylan J. Lopez, Evelyn M. Lopez, Jaxon D. Jimenez, Adrian Salinas, Alexis Martinez, Annika Martinez, Angeline Martinez, Johnny Alex Guzman, Jrue Guzman and Jayden Mendoza; siblings, Oralia Martinez (Max), Isabel Guerrero (Leo), Manuel Flores (Hortencia), Encarnacion Flores, Jr. (Sylvia) and Stella Acosta (Daniel), and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends. Visitation will be Monday, February 21, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bonaventure’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
