Rosalio Cano entered eternal rest on April 9, 2022, at the age of 48. Rosalio, better known as Lio, was born on October 12, 1973, in San Antonio, Texas. Lio is loved and will be missed by his many family members and friends. Lio was preceded in death by his father Jeronimo Cano. Left to cherish his memories is his wife of twenty-four years Loretta Munoz; children Rosalio Cano Jr., Desiree Cano, Stephanie Cano; granddaughter Novva Garcia; mother Petra Cano; siblings Jerome Cano, Gabino Cano, Kathy Cano Rodriguez, and Elida Cano. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Lio was well known for his amazing tasting bar-b-que. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends celebrating where he could show off his cooking skills. Whether he was grilling on the pit, putting a brisket in the oven or deep frying a turkey or wings, you could usually find him in the backyard wearing a Cowboys or Spurs shirt working on a project. Lio loved cooking for his three children who inherited his strong will, determination and independence. The Visitation will be on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. and Prayer Service 6:30 P.M. at Mission Park South Funeral Chapels. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Mission Park South Funeral Chapels. Interment to follow at San Jose Burial Park.
