Thomas Marion Keller Sr.

September 24, 1936 - January 7, 2022

Thomas “Tommy” Marion Keller, Sr., age 85, of San Antonio passed away on January 7, 2022. Tommy is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara, his sons Teddy L. Bettis and Thomas M. Keller, Jr. of San Antonio. His is also survived by three sisters, Sherrie, Ann & Bert; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other dear family and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Tommy was born September 24, 1936 in San Antonio where he lived his entire life. He and Barbara were married for 47 years and raised 2 sons together. He worked varying jobs including truck driver, welder and scrap metal recycler and worked hard even into retirement. He and Barbara enjoyed the simple things in life, but especially listening to music, jumping into the river on a hot day and sitting on their porch together watching the sun go down. His funeral is scheduled for Saturday, February 12, 2022 where the family will welcome all during his viewing at 1:30pm with a service at 2:00pm. A private family burial will follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Tommy’s life. We would like to sincerely thank Jack Vexler for always looking out for our family, especially in times of need.
