June 16, 1957 - February 1, 2022
Virginia “Jeannie” Saenz went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2022 at the age of 64. She was a caring, strong, faithful and selfless wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was born to Andres and Gloria Falcon on June 16, 1957. After graduating high school, Virginia married her high school sweetheart, Juan Saenz Jr., and in a few short years started her family. She had six children she adored and loved taking care of their every need. Virginia continued this love of caring for children throughout her life. Virginia also had eight grandchildren that she would do anything for including, attending band/choir concerts, plays, award ceremonies, pick ups from school, etc. She was always there for them, extremely proud of all their accomplishments. Crocheting is something Virginia loved to do in her spare time, often making hats and blankets for her grandchildren. She also loved to listen to music, watch soap operas and television series, her favorite being medical dramas. However, her absolute favorite thing to do in the world was to sit in a room with her family and watch them interact, laugh and have fun. Virginia was loved and adored by her family and friends, some describing her as their second mother due to her ever present kind and loving nature. She gave the best hugs and welcomed everyone into her world, and once you were in, she loved you fiercely and made you feel special. Although everyone who knew her will miss her, we rejoice and celebrate her life and ascension to heaven as she goes to live with God in his beautiful kingdom. Virginia is preceded in death by her father, Andres Falcon; father-in-law, Juan Saenz Sr.; and nephew, Jason Munoz. She is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 46 years, Juan Saenz Jr.; daughter, Amy Thompson, her husband, Gary Thompson, and their children Jacqlyn, Marcus, Ariana and Cam’Ron; daughter, Teresa Delgado, her husband, Andy Delgado, and their children Gavin and Gabriel; daughter, Marisa Saenz; son, Robert Saenz; son, Michael Saenz, his wife Mara Saenz, and their children Michael Jr. and Maylee; daughter, Alysa Saenz; mother, Gloria Falcon; sister, Alma Flores; brothers, Steve and Andy Falcon; and numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
