Mr. Cotner was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Irene Cotner; and sisters, Mary Stanley, Clara Webb and Nora Phillips. He is survived by his son, Bill Cotner (Sue); step-daughter, Janie East; grandchildren, Tracy Pouncy (Melvin) and Shawn Cotner; Darlena Wills (James) great-grandchildren, Colton, Dylan and Mason Pouncy, Jennifer Wills.
