CB Tomlinson 74, of San Antonio, Texas, peacefully entered rest on Saturday February 4, 2023, surrounded by loved ones and began his heavenly journey. C.B. was born February 17, 1948, in St. Joseph, Missouri to his parents Howard and Elizabeth Rose Tomlinson. As an adult, he married Leticia, and the two have spent the last 33 years together. CB was a righteous soul, loving, witty, funny, and full of life. He was a Husband, Father, grandfather, Uncle, and friend. His heart was filled with tremendous love for everyone. He was passionate for golf and fishing!! CB attended various golf tournaments and fishing tournaments in his lifetime! He is remembered as a kind, loving, Pro Bass Member for life. His competitive nature for poker would keep him humble and calm. He truly enjoyed life and was always active whether it was taking a walk with his wife or just being outdoors. CB enjoyed every bit of travelling and sharpening his skills in his hobbies. C.B. graduated in 1966 from Coronado High School El Paso, Texas C.B. made his career in data processing, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, serving as a Programmer and a Data Processing professional for many companies throughout his lifetime. CB was a very hard worker all his life and was able to retire at an early age of 59. We were very proud of him for all his accomplishments. He loved to read and spent many nights reading away at the next Louis L’Amour novel. His book collection grew massive and his love for literature never faded. C.B. is preceded in death by both his parents Howard and Elizabeth Rose Tomlinson. C.B. is survived by his loving wife, Leticia Tomlinson, his children Robyn McClendon, and Patrick Alan Tomlinson, grandchildren Samantha Lee McClendon (Alex) and Jacob Alan Tomlinson, in-laws Melba De La Garza, Rogelio Garza Jr., Dolly Ramos, Sara G. Velasco, Rolondo Garza, Elvia Garza, Ricky Garza, and his aunt Marilyn Ingram. He leaves behind a big family, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved friends. Visitation will be held Friday February 24, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Rosary is to be recited at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South.
