"Say not in grief, he is no more; but live in thankfulness that he was." After an incredible battle, our beloved husband, father and brother Dale Allen Miller of Adkins has gone Home to his just reward. Dale was born on November 8, 1967 in San Antonio to Leslie and Marie Trapp Miller, who helped welcome him to Heaven, along with his sister Marsha Woodward, brothers Mark and Layne Miller, and nephew Justin Miller, as well as a host of aunts and uncles. Dale graduated from East Central High School in 1986, along with his wife Brenda and many friends. He continued on to St. Phillips College and entered into the automotive industry in San Antonio. He spent nearly 30 years in the automotive service with Toyota and Lexus, garnering multiple awards and making countless friends of co-workers, contractors, and customers. Dale will be remembered by his loving wife, Brenda Kiolbassa Miller and his precious beloved daughters, Emily and Anna. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Leslie and Elizabeth Miller, as well as his uncle Joe Delfino, Sr.. He was so very proud to be an uncle to Danyle and Jeremy Miller Kirstynn and Benjamin and Catherine Ballard. He was proud to be a loving great uncle to Coltyn and was anxiously awaiting the arrival of baby Haedyn. He will also be missed by his father and mother-in-law Thomas and Karen Kiolbassa and his siblings-in-law, Laura and Ron Ballard of Garland, TX and Thomas Kiolbassa, Jr. of Austin, TX. Dale is also survived by many beloved cousins, including Cynthia Rubino and Joe Delfino, Jr of White Plains, New York. The Miller family will always be grateful to their North Park Lexus and East Central families for all the tremendous love and support during Dale's inspiring struggle with cholangiocarcinoma. We will also be eternally thankful to the START Center for Cancer Care and South Texas Oncology and Hematology for their unequaled care and compassion. Visitation will be held at Mission Park South, Wednesday, June 8, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. - 9:00P.M. The Rosary and Mass will begin at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at Annunciation of Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Hedwig, Texas. Interment to follow at Annunciation of Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Annunciation Church, the START Center of San Antonio or the East Central School Foundation.
