Our beloved and treasured mother has joined the angels in heaven. Damasia Mireles Arizola blessed the world with her presence on December 12, 1915 and entered heaven on March 5, 2013. Married Eulalio Arizola, July 12, 1928. Damasia has joined her Husband, Eulalio Arizola, Son, Domingo Arizola, Daughter-In-Law, Valeria Arizola, Son, Emiterio Arizola, Daughter, Marietta Arizola, Son, Humberto Arizola, Son, Luciano Arizola, Son, Gabriel Arizola, Son-In-Law, Nicholas Mendoza, Son-In-Law, Juan Becerra, and grandchildren in heaven. Damasia is survived by Daughter, Agapita Becerra, Daughter, Patrocinia Mendoza, Son, Joe Arizola, Daughter-In-Law, Lucy Arizola, Son, Pedro Arizola, Daughter, Natalie Salas, Son, LaloArizola, Daughter-In-Law, Janie Arizola, Son, Gilbert Arizola, Daughter-In-Law, Janie Arizola, Son, Richard Arizola, Daughter-In-Law, Dolores Padillo, Daughter-In-Law, Janie Arizola Luciano's wife, 39 grandchildren, 82 great-grandchildren., and 70 great great-grandchildren. Our mother loved life, loved all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.. Most of all she loved the Lord and walked the path of faith.She was loyal and devoted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Our mother was the most loving, caring, giving, spiritual, compassionate and strongest mother you could ever ask for. Damasia devoted her life to caring for all her children, loving the sick, the elderly, the home bound and the widows. Mother gave us unconditional love, never expected anything in return, and she was always there for us. She not only taught us about unconditional love, but also patience, truth, joy, peace, integrity, kindness, and gentleness. She was the "rock" of our family. Services The family will receive friends 5-8:00PM, Monday, March 11, 2013, and a prayer service will be held at 7:00 P.M., at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North, 3401 Cherry Ridge, San Antonio, TX 78230. A funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 10:00AM, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 655 Castroville Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. Interment will follow at San Fernando Catholic Cemetery #2.
