Dave Gardner, loving husband, father, and uncle age 60 was born on Feb 18, 1962 in Boise, Idaho to Richard and Judith Gardner. He was called home to be with the Angels and the Lord on August 1, 2022. He was a very devoted husband for 17 years to his wife Norma Reyes Gardner, a very loving father to Christina Flowers, affectionate son to his parents Judith & Richard Gardner , loved his brothers Bob & Kenneth Gardner plus his sister Christine Hurlbut and 8 sister and 9 brother in laws. He also had a special place in his heart for 60 nieces and nephews. Dave attended A& M Consolidated and honorably served his country several years in Germany and various locations in the U.S. He was extremely proud to be considered a Veteran. He lived in various places on the East Coast, California, Texas and spent most of his life working in the R.V. Industry on the East Coast and locally with Ancira and other companies in Texas . Later he branched out and opened up his own advertising business. Dave had a huge passion for his Dallas Cowboys, Fur Baby Pooky, the Aggies, Mexican Soccer, Spurs Basketball, Astros Baseball, Car Racing and Golf. He absolutely loved family gatherings, music by Jimmy Buffet, Pit Bull, Adele, & Brooks and Dunn. His favorite Movies included those with John Wayne & Clint Eastwood , classics from the 40’s and 50’s and anything to do with Christmas. His hobbies included watching all sports especially the Cowboys and Packers and anything to do with Mexican soccer, riding Roller Coasters over and over , barbequing Steak and Fajitas, boiling up a pot of Shrimp and Lobster, going to SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas, roasting a yearly Turkey for our family at Thanksgiving, and taking his wife and family on Caribbean Cruises. Some of his favorite Mexico trips also were spent with family in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta and Guanajuato. Christmas time was an especially important family event for him. He went to great lengths to make this time very special for everyone. Dave loved to make every outing not only fun but it was always a spectacular well planned experience full of joy. Whether it was an invitation to a sports event, vacation, restaurant, or simple family get together at home, he always made sure we had an extra fabulous time to make our experience a life time memory to be treasured. He was so happy with enjoying all the simple pleasures in life and made sure all of us enjoyed every minute of the experiences he created for us. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Gardner, and Brother Kenneth Gardner. Dave is survived by his Wife Norma Reyes Gardner, Daughter Christina Flowers & Fiancé Nick, Mother Judith Gardner, and Sister Christine and spouse Scott Hurlbut , Brother Bob Gardner.
