This is your life Dorothy Lucille lee Sexton, Warner, Hillerich, Fulcher. Dorothy, this is some of the things that have taken place in your life. You were born to William Bill and Margerie Margie Sexton, on December 12, 1924, in Springfield, Missouri. Two years later your Daddy and Mother had a son, your brother, and named him William Sexton, Jr. known as Junior. You Daddy Bill was born in Springfield, Missouri. He had dark brown curly hair. His favorite game to play was pool. He was very good at that game. He had a brother named Roy and a sister names Flossie. He made a living for the family by being a Vegetable Vendor. Every year he would trade in his old truck for a new one, because he put so many miles on his old truck and he needed dependable transportation. Margie your mother accompanied him on the road quite often. Your Daddy had a very good life. At the age of 90 he passed away. Your mother Margie was born in Springfield, Missouri. She was tall about 5'6" and slender, her hair was a light color and her complexion was fair. Your Mother loved to sing, talk, but her favorite thing to do was to DANCE, just like you. The old saying goe: "like MOTHER, like DAUGHTER". Your Mother had a very happy and good life. She became very ill and at the age of 40, she passed away. Your Brother Junior was born in the month of September, in Springfield, Missouri. He has curly brown hair and blue eyes. He met his wife, Georgie and they have three children, two boys and one girl. They live in Springfield, Missouri on Lyon Street. While your Daddy and Mother were on the road, you and Junior your brother would get up early and straighten up the house before you and your brother Junior went to school. After school let out you and Junior your brother would go stay with your Grandma Longwell your Daddy's Mother till your parents arrived home from their road trip. Many times when your parents came to pick you and Junior your brother up from grandma's house, the three of you would be outside on her porch talking, laughing and waiting for their arrival. On Saturdays you and Junior your brother would go to the movies, costing only 10 cents. After the movie was over you and Junior your brother would go to the drug store next door to the movie and wait for your parents to pick you two up. There at the drug store is where you had your first taste of your FAVORITE drink Dr. Pepper. You took tap dancing lessons during your young age. You only went to the eleventh grade in high school because you had fallen down the stairs. You finished up the remainder of that school year. In your teens you worked at a drug store. You also taught Sunday school as a young adult. Your family had a terrier dog named Tricksy. She was a very happy and playful dog. Everyone loved her very much. You met Wayne your husband at a skating rink. You and he married when he was 16 and you were 17. YOU & WAYNE were married for 27 years. Wayne was born April 13, 1925 in Springfield, Missouri. Wayne only finished ninth grade. He joined the Navy and you and he moved to California, you and Wayne lived in California for two years. You and Wayne were transferred to Corvalis, Oregon. You and Wayne had a baby girl, her name is Sharran Lee. You wanted to name her Sherry, but Wayne said "No baby of mine would be named after a bottle of wine." By naming her Sharran, her nickname became Sherry, just like you wanted. The next place that you, Wayne and Sherry moved to was Hawaii. You learned to hula dance. While at the beach you got a real bad sun burn. The beach is where you lost your first wedding band- very shortly after you lost your wedding band Wayne bought you a wedding set to replace the band. You and Wayne did a lot of traveling while he was in the service. The following is the name of locations of where the other four children were born: Janet Kay, Springfield, Missouri, May 27, 1948 – Larry Wayne, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, August 15, 1950- Linda Faye, Fort Benning, Georgia, October 31, 1952- Michael William, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, July 14, 1955. Everytime you got pregnant, Wayne came to us kids asking, "Would you like to have a new baby brother or sister?" Of course our answer was YES! So we would go to you and say, "Mama, maybe we have a new baby?" You would immediately call Wayne into the room and ask him if he put us kids up to asking you for our already in process baby! Every month Wayne made sure you had a birthday. He would buy some kind of little gift: Candy bar, little pin to wear or a nice dress, skirt, shirt, etc. When we took trips we would pull over to the side of the road and have a picnic and play games till it was time to start our trip again. One time we were in a town and you smelled some fresh bread being made, so you had Wayne drive around the town until we found the bakery and bought a loaf to eat, it smelled and tasted real good. You, Wayne and family were stationed in Berchesgaden, Germany, for three and a half years. Every opportunity we had to visit other countries we all would take off and go. We went to the World Hemisphere in Brussels. We took several tours to see the many castles. You and Wayne worked at the theatre called the Eagle's Nest, in Germany. When Wayne's assignment in Germany was over, he received orders to report to Ft. Sam Houston, in San Antonio, Texas. You and Wayne were married 27 years. The house you are living in is 2947 Lasses, San Antonio, Texas. The house was purchased in October 1960. The house is paid in full. The only payment you make now is HOUSE INSURANCE one a year in January and HOUSE TAXES once a year in January. All household bills are automatically paid by the bank. YOU DO NOT OWE FOR ANYTHING. You met Paul Hillerich at a dance hall called FARMER's DAUGHTER. You and he married in June, 1980. Paul and you were married for 20 years. You and Paul had a very exciting and an adventurous life together. You and Paul went on many, many trips and cruises. You and Paul had a good marriage. All your children and grandchildren loved him very much. In the year 2000, he became very ill and passed away in the month of December. You met Joseph Fulcher in the year2002 at a dance place called THE FAIR TOWERS. Joseph was playing a harmonica in a band. You went over and asked him "Do you know how to dance?" His answer was YES! And the two of you have been dancing ever since. Every Wednesday night and every Sunday afternoon, you and Joseph go dancing and out danced and outlast everyone on the dance floor. You and Joseph married December7, 2002. Mother, I hope you enjoy reading this book, it was written with a lot of love. All your children LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU VERY, VERY MUCH.
