BARROW Florrie Reinhard Barrow of Somerset, Texas passed away September 27, 2009 at the age of 88 years. She was born September 14, 1921 in Somerset to John Phillip Reinhard and Ruth Edwards Reinhard. She married the love of her life, Chester Dillard Barrow in 1940 and they had three sons. She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin and friend. She cherished her family, especially her three sons. Besides her family, Florrie enjoyed singing, reading, walking and playing games. She loved a good joke and was always laughing. She was hard working, fun and adventureous. At different times during her life she was a farmer, teacher, nurse, secretary and end dump driver. But most of all, she was a great Mother and Grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Phillip Earl Reinhard and son Chester Skip Barrow. She is survived by: her sons, Thurman Barrow of San Antonio and John Barrow and wife Linda of Somerset; Brother, Leland Reinhard and wife Violet of Palestine, Texas; Daughters-in-Law, Linda Barrow of California, Beth Barrow of Somerset and Laurie Ontjes of San Antonio; Grandchildren, Tammy Lotas and husband Mike of Pleasanton, Tracey Guevara and husband Carlos of Natalia, John Barrow and wife Sylvia of Somerset, Jeanette Trimmer and husband Darren of Lytle, Robert Barrow and wife Jennifer of San Antonio, Cliff Barrow of San Antonio, Julie Barrow of Germany, Dennis Barrow and wife Heather of Houston, Tammy Taylor and husband Kyle of Clarksville, Tracy Wilkerson of California, Jennifer Black of San Antonio, and Andrea Ontjes of San Antonio; Great Grandchildren Sarah and Cassie Lotas, Amanda and Alisia Briones and Jacob Guevara, Johnny and Malyssa Barrow, Meagan and Nathan Trimmer, Colton and Hannah Barrow, Chandler Barrow, Lauren, Lily and Conner Barrow, Jessica Taylor, and many friends, nephews and nieces. A special thanks to the staff at Retama North Nursing Home for helping to take care of her this past year. Services Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, September 29 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 30 at Somerset United Methodist Church followed by interment at Bexar Cemetery.
