GONZALES Margaret T. Gonzales went to be with our Heavenly father and her soul mate on June 5, 2012. She was born on September 30, 1932 in San Antonio, Texas. She worked for Edgewood ISD for 19 years. She loved and was dedicated to working with young children. She served as the Loma Park PTA President and was a lifetime member. She was on the PTA board for Harry S. Truman Junior High, and organized the first band, pep squad, and sports booster clubs for Memorial High School. She was a Lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the VFW Post 9186. She served on the "Life Beyond Grief" Ministry at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, helping others during their journey of healing and peace. Margaret is survived by her family and friends, daughters: Alma Berlocher Dr. William Berlocher, DDS and Mary Katherine Gonzales Belinda Martinsons: Edward E. Gonzales and Major Eric Gonzales Dr. Patricia Lane, MD She was the loving grandmother to: Desiree Bertram Bob Bertram, Mark Bueno, Edward E.Gonzales Jr., Andrea Berlocher, Derek Gonzales Brandy Gonzales, Elaine Berlocher, Tessa Gonzales, Gabrielle Gonzales, and Robert Gonzales. She was blessed with 9 great grand children: Jordan, Logan, Delani, Kegan, Maddison, Addison, Dawson, Aiden, and Bella. She is also survived by brothers and sisters: Mary Perez, James and Guadalupe Trinidad, Gilbert Trinidad, Carmen Lyons and Glenn Sprowls, Johnny and Gloria Trinidad, Aubrey and Rose Roberts as well as her loving nieces and nephews. Lastly she is survived by her loving friend and companion of 12 years Lourdes her Pomeranian. Margaret is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Edward V. Gonzales, her parents Andrew and Mercedes Trinidad, as well as her two brothers Andrew and Paul Trinidad. The family would like to give a special thank you to Lydia, Bertha, Jessie, Rudy, Gloria, neighbors and friends for their support and prayers. The family would also like to extend their gratitude to Christus Santa Rosa Hospital down town tenth floor nursing staff and the The Heights on Huebner for the special care that was given to Margaret and the family. A special thanks to the incredible Odyssey Staff and Minnie Martin who provided the most amazing service to Margaret and the family. SERVICES Visitation will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00pm at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 5919 Ingram Rd., San Antonio, TX 78228. The Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 8:15am at the church, with interment following at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Edward E. Gonzales Jr., Bob Bertram, Robert Gonzales, Ray Gonzalez, Jr., Johnny Trinidad, Robert Martinez & Aubrey Roberts. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the St. Dominic's Catholic Church Building Fund in San Antonio, in her memory.
