There are but very few times in life, someone sets out to-do something of significance knowing with 100% certainty that they will fail, but continue to press on anyway. Writing an obituary that pays tribute to mom or Marsha McClintock is one of those noteworthy times. There are no words meaningful enough in any written text to convey how selfless, loving,kind, patient, ornery, shy and fierce she was. Marsha was called home softly to be with her predeceased Father Lt. Col. John McClintock, Mother Norma McClintock, Brother Dale McClintock and BROTHER(in-law only by title) Harvey Kagan as she slept peacefully in her home Saturday March 22nd @1:25am "Marsha McClintock (Marsha Smith), a pillar of love and strength, left an indelible mark on the lives of everyone she touched. Born into a military family, Marsha's early life was shaped by her father, Lt. Col. John McClintock, and her mother, Norma McClintock. As the oldest of seven siblings, Marsha's childhood was marked by responsibility and compassion, traits that would define her life of sacrifice and service to family and others. Marsha's life was a testament to the transformative power of love and perseverance and the impact one person can have on the world. She most loved sitting in the peaceful serenity of her back yard awaiting interupting phone calls at noon from her husband Douglas Kuhlmann, Followed by another from one of her three sisters Pam Diane or JOANIE, but her favorite interruptions were the call from me, her son, Cody. Her most revered past time, however, was shopping on the weeknights and weekends for unnecessary things with her beloved granddaughter, Kyah Serenity ♥️✨✨ whom she adored to the moon and back. As we bid farewell to this extraordinary woman, mom, wife, sister and most of all Granny we take comfort in the memories of her love, laughter, and unwavering support. Mom may be gone, but her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us all.” She is survived by her husband, Douglas Kuhlmann; son, Cody Smith, Daughter in-law Melissa, granddaughter, Kyah Serenity Smith, sisters Pamela (Randy) Fisher; Diane Kagan; Joanie (Terry) Klein; Brothers John B. McClintock, Jr., and Gregory McClintock, and several nieces and nephews.
