100 years, 3 months, 6 days The LORD knows the days of the blameless, and their heritage will remain forever. Psalm 37:18 NIV Child of Miguel “Daniel” Reyes (d 1957) and Juliana Ramos (d 1979). Sister of Florinda Espinosa (d 2001). Wife to Antonio Diaz (d 1978) on July 17, 1949. Five years after being widowed, married Paulino Perez (d 2022) December 17, 1983 until his death. Mother to three daughters, one son. Grandmother to10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren (her heritage!!) Born in Thrall, Texas, November 8, 1924, Narcisa “Nancy” Diaz Perez entered into rest Friday, February 14, 2025, at 100 years, 3 months, 6 days of age. Nancy (she got that name from an old boyfriend) learned to drive as an adult. Bought her first brand new car in 1963 (American Rambler), worked sporadically in the garment industry when her kids were older, learned ceramics and bowling (cause classes were free) – a sport she thoroughly enjoyed for over 60 years, putting away her bowling shoes at age 96. Nancy was one of the Faithful Founders of the first Church of God of 7th Day in Corpus Christi, Tx. She also attended Church of God 7th Day Willard in San Antonio, Tx. Nancy is survived by her children: Anna Diaz, Aurora “Lolly” Rives, Norma Allan, Anthony Diaz, and nieces and nephews.
