Raul Garza Jr., age 54, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on May 8, 2026. Born on April 12, 1972, Raul lived a life filled with perseverance, strength, love, and deep devotion to the people he held closest to his heart. Though his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his memory and the impact he made on those who loved him will remain forever. Raul was a strong-willed man who faced life with determination and resilience. Through every hardship and every challenge he encountered throughout his upbringing and life, he continued to push forward with his head held high. He believed deeply in being strong for his family and worked hard to be a protector, provider, and guiding presence for the people he loved. Raul carried himself with pride, courage, and loyalty, always doing his best to stand as a pillar for both family and friends whenever they needed him most. Above all else, Raul loved his family. His greatest joy in life was the people around him, and he cherished every moment spent with those he cared for. He was protective, caring, and dependable, always willing to lend a hand, offer advice, or simply be there when someone needed comfort or support. His love was felt deeply by his children, his wife, his relatives, and his friends. Raul’s presence brought strength into the lives of many, and his absence will be felt every day. Raul is lovingly survived by his devoted wife, Jennifer Garza (Wife); his children, Connie Cobia (Daughter), Anthony Pleis (Son), Damien Delossantos (Son), Destiny Garza (Daughter), Raul Garza Jr. (Son), Zeke Delossantos (Adopted Son), Xavier Delossantos (Adopted Son), Jeremy Delossantos (Step Son), and Joshua Delossantos (Step Son). He also leaves behind extended family members, lifelong friends, and many loved ones who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Those who knew Raul will remember his strength, his protective spirit, his determination, and the love he showed to the people around him. Even during difficult times, he continued to move forward and never stopped trying to build a better life for the people he loved. He touched many lives through his kindness, loyalty, and willingness to stand beside those he cared about. His life was one of endurance, sacrifice, and love, and those memories will never fade. Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate the life of Raul Garza Jr. at Palm Heights Mortuary, located at 3711 S. Zarzamora, San Antonio, Texas 78225, on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM. Raul Garza Jr. will be deeply and forever missed by all who had the blessing of knowing and loving him. While our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in the love, memories, and lessons he leaves behind. His strength, his laughter, his guidance, and the love he gave so freely will continue to live on through his family and all the lives he touched. Though he may no longer walk beside us, he will always remain in our hearts, forever loved and never forgotten.
