Robert Terry Brown (71) of San Antonio, TX passed away peacefully on June 5th, 2025, at home with his wife Marcia Baker Brown holding his hand. Robert was born in San Antonio, TX to Irene Anna Brown and Sotero F. Cantu Jr. on August 18, 1953, with his twin sister Barbara Ann Brown. He went to Robert E. Lee high school and graduated in 1971. He started his career working as a railroad conductor and engineer for many years. He recently retired from working at the HEB warehouse in 2022. He enjoyed bowling in a league with his wife for many years, BBQing, fishing with his family, doing sport activities with his three kids, watching his grandkids, and relaxing with his cat Barney and his dogs Chief and Squaw. He was also involved in coaching a basketball team at the Alamo City Christian Fellowship Church and as a deacon at the Melbourne Beach Community Chapel in Melbourne Beach, Florida where he resided from 2001 to 2005. Robert is survived by his precious wife of 32 lovely years, Marcia Baker Brown of San Antonio, TX. His oldest son Joshua Edward Odom Sr. and wife Shelby Noel Odom. His only baby girl Tara Renee Brown and his youngest son Trevor Ryan Brown. His oldest granddaughter Bayzlee Rylan Brown, his oldest grandson Daniel Shane Moore, his youngest grandson, Joshua Edward Odom Jr, his youngest granddaughter Evelyn Revia Odom, his twin sister Barbara Ann Brown of Rockport, TX, and his long-time childhood best friend Clay Prystash. The visitation will be on Tuesday June 10th, 2025, from 5 PM to 8 PM for family members and friends. The funeral service will be on Wednesday June 11th, 2025, at 9 AM, held at Mission Park South with Pastor David Guion of the Country Church in Marion, TX officiating the ceremony and burial service. Mission Park South will be handling the funeral arrangements. Know that Robert loved each and every one of all his family members and friends with his entire heart. His prayer for each of you is to know and accept Jesus as your Savior. Robert has arrived at the Pearly Gates at the feet of Jesus, worshipping him in a Loud Voice, and asking several people questions from all of the notes he marked down in his Bible.
