Timothy "Tim" Daniel Watson August 9, 1963 – June 2, 2016 Timothy Daniel Watson, age 52, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on June 2, 2016, after a brave and courageous fight against cholangiocarcinoma. Tim was born on August 9, 1963 to Ted Watson and Cecilia Pingenot Forrest. He attended Cypress Creek High School in Houston, Texas and later moved to San Antonio, Texas, where he completed his degree in Computer Science from UTSA. But more importantly, where he met his beautiful bride and the only love of his life, Patricia Ramirez. Tim and Patty were blessed with three beautiful children: his first born son, Timothy Jr., who passed away in infancy, his lovely daughter Kristen, and his handsome son Ethan. Tim was an enthusiast athlete and a martial arts 2nd degree black belt. He recently began running half and full marathons, improving his time with each race. But his greatest legacy is his service to God. Tim and Patty were members of the Baruch HaShem Messianic congregation, where he served faithfully until his passing. He was anointed Elder in April 2016. Tim embraced the teachings of the Old and New Testaments, believing that his Hebrew studies gave him a deeper understanding of Christ. In addition to his parents, wife, and children, Tim leaves brothers Michael and Ted Jr., sister Sheryl O'Briant, step mother Annette Watson, as well as numerous extended family members, a supportive church family, and many loving friends. Second only to his love of God and family, Tim was a patriotic American, who loved his country with all his heart and soul. In lieu of flowers, Tim requested that donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans, Visitation will take place Friday, June 10, 2016 from 6 pm to 8pm at Mission Park Home, 3401 Cherry Ridge, San Antonio, Funeral services will be at 11am, June 11, 2016 at Baruch HaShem Congregation, 16320 Huebner Rd, San Antonio. Burial will follow at Mission Park Cemetery Dominion, 20900 IH10 West, San Antonio. Pallbearers include Michael Watson, Ted Watson Jr., Jeffrey Cook, Rabbi Scott Blum, Dale Lawrence, and Jeff Knight.
