Mr. Trinidad Silva Cantu was born September 9, 1940 to Manuela Cantu Escamilla and Pedro Silva. He went to be with the Lord on December 11, 2021 at the age of 81. Mr. Silva Cantu was a lifelong businessman who owned several businesses in his lifetime. His biggest success, which became his legacy, was his grilled chicken stand. He worked hard developing his own recipe which he perfected with what he thought was the perfect blend of herbs and spices. What started out as a chicken stand blossomed into several restaurants which became owned and operated by various family descendants. To this day, they are still thriving under the name of “Rancho Don Trino” Mr. Silva Cantu enjoyed his family more than anything else in the world – He loved family picnics and spending time in the outdoors. During the hot summer months in Monterrey, he would load the family onto one of his trucks and drive to the family ranch where they enjoyed spending hours or even days by the river enjoying nature. He had a love of animals, including horses, chickens, pigs, and all other animals you may find on a farm. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Manuel Silva Cantu; sisters: Sara Silva Cantu and Virginia Silva Cantu. Survivors include his beloved wife, Agustina Garcia Garcia; daughters: Armandina Silva Garcia and husband Humberto Puente Diaz, Aleida S. Garcia and husband Onofre Adame Garcia, Aracely S Martinez and husband Ezequiel Martinez, Alma Nelly Silva Garcia and husband Raul Salazar; son, Trinidad Fernando Silva Garcia and wife Kenya Mayela Tamez; sister, Maria de Jesus Silva Cantu; 9 Grandchildren: Wendy Puente Silva and husband Benjamin Lopez Maldonado, Karina Puente Silva and husband Humberto Abundiz Gomez, Humberto Puente Silva, Juan Carlos Chapa Silva and wife Elsa Mariana Galvan Gongora, Andres R. Ramirez and wife Vanessa G. Ramirez, Amanda Natally Ramirez, Fernando Silva Tamez and wife Rachel Silva, Sebastian Silva Tamez, and Camila Silva Tamez; and 6 great-grandchildren: Gisele Lopez Puente, Antonella Abundiz Puente, Carlo Mariano Chapa Galvan, Elsa Zoey Chapa, Vivian Juliette Ramirez, and Natalia Itzel Ramirez. SERVICES Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 28 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. Private interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park. Sr. Trinidad Silva Cantú nació el 9 de Septiembre, 1940 de padres Manuela Cantú Escamilla y Pedro Silva. Atendió el llamado del Señor el día 11 de Diciembre, 2021, a la edad de 81 años. El Sr. Silva Cantú fue empresario toda su vida y propietario de varios negocios. Su más grande éxito, y lo que es su legado, fue el Asador de Pollo y Carnero. Trabajo arduamente desarrollando su propia receta, la cual perfecciono con la mezcla ideal de hierbas y especies. Lo que empezó como un puesto de pollo se convirtió en varios restaurantes, que hoy siguen operando miembros de la familia bajo el nombre “Rancho Don Trino” Su familia era lo que el Sr. Silva Cantú mas amaba y disfrutaba en el mundo. – Le encantaban los dias de campo. Durante los veranos cálidos en Monterrey, subía a toda la familia en su camioneta y se iban al Rancho donde pasaban horas, y a veces días en el rio acampando y disfrutando de la naturaleza. Le gustaba la cría de los animales – incluyendo Toros, gallinas, cerdos, y todos los animales típicos de Rancho. Fue precedido en su muerto por sus padres; hermano, Manuel Silva Cantú; hermanas: Sara Silva Cantú y Virginia Silva Cantú. Sobrevivientes incluyen as su amada esposa, Agustina Garcia Garcia; hijas: Armandina Silva Garcia y esposo Humberto Puente Díaz, Aleida S. Garcia y esposo Onofre Adame Garcia, Aracely S Martinez y esposo Ezequiel Martinez, Alma Nelly Silva Garcia y esposo Raúl Salazar; hijo, Trinidad Fernando Silva Garcia y esposa Kenya Máyela Tamez; hermana, María de Jesús Silva Cantú; 9 Nietos: Wendy Puente Silva y esposo Benjamín López Maldonado, Karina Puente Silva y esposo Humberto Abundiz Gómez, Humberto Puente Silva, Juan Carlos Chapa Silva y esposa Elsa Mariana Galván Góngora, Andrés R. Ramirez y esposa Vanessa G. Ramirez, Amanda Natally Ramirez, Fernando Silva Tamez y esposa Rachel Silva, Sebastián Silva Tamez, y Camila Silva Tamez; y 6 Bisnietos: Gisele López Puente, Antonella Abundiz Puente, Carlo Mariano Chapa Galván, Elsa Zoey Chapa, Vivian Juliette Ramirez, y Natalia Itzel Ramirez.
