Margarita A. Enriquez

March 30, 1927 - June 3, 2022

Margarita passed away June 3, 2022. She lived a long life when she passed away at the age of 95 (born March 30, 1927). Her passion was gardening. She had that magic touch with plants. People said she could place a stick in the ground and it would grow. Her other passion was her large family. She was 1 of 14 children born in Laredo, Texas. In addition, Alicia was the proud mother of 6 children. Her sons (predeceased) Frank Enriquez and Jerry Enriquez, sons Ricardo Enriquez (Linda) and Oscar Enriquez, daughters Margie Bennett (Sacramento, California) and Anna Enriquez (Denver, Colorado). She was grandmother to 4 grandchildren Carlos and Frankie Enriquez (McAllen, Texas), Jerry Bennett (Sacramento, California), Monica Enriquez. Great Grandmother to Anastasia (McAllen, Texas) and numerous sisters, brother, cousins, and extended family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.Services Visitation will be from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 followed by vigil at 7:00 pm at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. At 10:00 am Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory’s the Great Catholic Church on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Interment to follow in Mission Burial Park North.
