HALL James Clifton "Cliff' Hall, age 69, was received into the Lord's loving arms on Monday afternoon, January 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester H. and LalaMae Hall, by his brother, Raymond Hall, and by the first love of his life, Linda Carol Hall. He is survived by his loving wife of 9 years, Roberta "Bertie" Jones Hall and sister in-law, Nancy W. Hall, as well as numerous cousins. Cliff will best be remembered for his undying love and passion to care for those less fortunate. He was the tireless caregiver for his first wife, Linda, and because of her journey, God brought to both Cliff and Linda the daughter they never had in Tess Cahigas. Together, Tess and Cliff, with some very special help from Mike and Janet Casey, established Seniors 2000 Adult Health and Activities Centers to serve those with special needs and the families who love them. His sense of humor was endless, and his willingness to empower those around him to succeed knew no bounds. Although he began his professional life in the photofinishing industry, his journey with Linda provided opportunities for him to serve in leadership capacities with the American Parkinson's Disease Association, the Adult Day Care Association, and numerous other ventures. Over the last 2 V2 years, Cliff has been compassionately guided through the mountains and valleys of fighting cancer by gifted and compassionate physicians. Our deepest thanks to Dr. Luis Carlos Rodriguez and Dr. Amita Patnaik, as well as to Dr. Joe Williams, without whom this experience would truly have been unbearable. We are deeply humbled and grateful by the kind support we have received from the medical community during this time. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 from 4-9 PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South, 1700 SE Military Drive, San Antonio, TX 78214. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South, 1700 SE Military Drive, San Antonio, TX 78214. Interment to follow at Mission Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Triple H Equitherapy, 791 Backhaus Road, Pipe Creek, TX 78063.
