A loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Oralia Trejo went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2022, at the age of 72. She was born on September 14, 1950 in San Antonio, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymundo and Josefine Trejo; son, Antonio Felix Gonzalez II; and sisters, Diana Trejo and Yolanda Cella. Oralia is survived by her loving daughters, Marised Perez (Michael) and Jeanette French (Paul); 6 grandchildren, Molly Samantha Lopez (Danny), Fausto Mallen IV (Katie), Dakota Mallen, Mark E. Garza II, Summer French and Baby Tony Gonzalez; 6 great-grandchildren, Gabriella Grace Carlos, Izabella Faith Carlos, Anthony Carlos, Dorian Lopez, Aerith Mallen and Cecilia Mallen; sisters, Alicia Carlos and Sarah Ray (John), and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. In Oralia’s earlier years, she was a Nurse. She found interest in Pharmacy Consultant and decided to do a career change. She then found a passion for Cosmetology, where she spent time learning and enjoying the field. Oralia loved helping people and bringing a smile to their faces. This transitioned to her later years as she was very active at the Seniors Center. She loved volunteering at the Center with active roles such as leading facility tours and answering calls while staff were on lunch. She enjoyed taking field trips and had many friends, she loved to socialize. Oralia always had the desire to learn, at the Center she was in acting and computer classes, while also trying to learn Italian. She has two dogs, Baby and Chacha. Her fur babies kept her company and she spoiled them. She loves to do Arts & Crafts, dancing, singing, gardening. Singing was her favorite thing to do. She would say when she goes to heaven, she wants to sing for Jesus and would like to be one of his singing angels. I believe now, she is singing for Jesus and praising his name. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Park South. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
