In Loving Memory of Ursula M. Juarez, a beloved wife, mother, Wela, sister, and friend. Forever in our hearts. Ursula M. Juarez was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 12, 1948, to Benito and Ursula Martinez. On September 10, 2026, at the age of 78, our beautiful mother went peacefully to be with the Lord. Ursula was a loving, warm, and joyful woman whose beautiful spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a way of bringing happiness wherever she went and believed that life was meant to be lived fully brightly and in color. She loved vibrant colors, music, and, most of all, she loved to dance and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Ursula dedicated many years of her life to working for the San Antonio Independent School District before retiring. But her greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Roland, with whom she shared 57 wonderful years of marriage. Their life together was filled with love, family, memories, and the many moments that made their journey special. She adored her daughters and being a grandmother. Her five grandchildren had a very special place in her heart, and she cherished every moment she had with them. She wanted the people she loved to be happy, and she had a special gift for making those around her feel loved, welcomed, and cared for. Ursula lived her life with warmth, color, love, and an appreciation for simple joys that make life beautiful. Her absence will leave an emptiness that cannot be filled, but her love will continue to live on through her family, the memories she created, and the happiness she brought to so many lives. She was preceded in death by her parents and two of her older siblings, Estella and Benito. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Roland Juarez; her loving daughters, Valerie Ramirez and her husband, Moses Ramirez, Blanca Gamez and her husband, Mario Gamez. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to five cherished grandchildren: Salvatore, Vincent, Moises, Hawk, and Harper. She is also survived by her siblings, Josephine Martinez, MaryLou Fuentes, Jesus Martinez, and Rudolfo Martinez, as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory and carry her love in their hearts. Ursula will be deeply missed, but her love, her laughter and her beautiful smile and spirit will never be forgotten. May she dance freely in heaven, surrounded by light and color, until we meet again. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Brookehill Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph South San Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.
